This is the Wicked Arbor in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin.

The Wicked Arbor manages to replicate the same ominous feeling as Evil Forest from Final Fantasy IX.

A reference is the springs that you drink from to restore your HP throughout the level, mirroring the spring in Final Fantasy IX.

The music also sounds like something from Final Fantasy X!
