Today we’re taking a look at the new Empire rework for The Supreme Patriarch himself, Balthazar Gelt! It has him starting out in Cathay, with many new dilemmas, magical abilities and a brand new Colleges of Magic mechanic.

The changes and features will launch in a patch alongside the upcoming Thrones of Decay DLC(s). (Release date unconfirmed as of writing this description, but it’ll probably be a couple of weeks or so)
