Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4 Episode 1 was off to a bang, and as always, deception, lies and manipulation is sometimes the name of the game, especially when it comes to one character in particular in Power Ghost, Effie. She’s a character who’s known to do things for her own self-interests, for self-preservation and for survival and in Power Book 2 Ghost Episode 1 we saw Effie texting Tariq to warn him about Cane and the hitters. So in this breakdown, I run through the relationship between Cane and Effie, Effie’s intentions, her character description in Ghost Season 4 and her motivations. But in all honesty, the real question is, will she survive come the end of Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4?
