Protein Waffle Recipe (makes 3 waffles)
– 1.5 cups Flour

– 1 tsp Baking Powder
– 2 tsp Cinnamon
– 2 Eggs
– Splash of Milk
– 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
– 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Protein Waffle Glaze (simmer for 6-8 min on low)
– 1/3 cup Olive Oil
– 2/3 cup Maple Syrup
– 1/3 cup Coconut Milk (cream on top of can)
– Top with Sliced Bananas
