Today, I, Jonii will be taking a look at the first installment in Compile’s famous Puyo Puyo series, which was later purchased by Sega. In particular, there will be a heavy emphasis on the game’s many ports as well as the mysterious English translation of the arcade version, which later cropped up officially as a port of Sega Ages Puyo Puyo.
