TLDR;

Get Vaal Temple Map that is 90% quant
Run Map with Containment, Ambush, Reopen and Horned Imbued
Select Imbued Anarchy on Map Device
MUST WEAR TASM ARMOUR OR WILL BE MISERABLE
Clear Map and Profit

If your map is under 90% quant or they are unrunnable 5:1 the maps at the vendor, reroll them to castle ruins and juice the map to your liking!
