Homemade Creamy Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cum semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Whisk sugar & cocoa powder until well blended and clumps are gone.
Heat sugar & cocoa powder mixture with milk and cream over medium heat until it begins to steam.
Reduce the heat to low.
Add the chocolate chips and cook on low until they are melted. Stir often.
Once chips are melted add the vanilla and serve.
Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows!
