Mike Monsoor was a United States Navy SEAL who made the ultimate sacrifice to save his fellow team members. In 2006, during a mission in Iraq, Mike jumped on a grenade that had been thrown into their sniper position, saving the lives of his fellow SEALs at the cost of his own.
