Feeling lost in LIfe & Watercolour. Healing from life events with art and creativity & exploring watercolour in my sketchbook. I think, in fact I know, adults also need time for hobbies and play. When we take art too seriously, it can feel like such a struggle but when we lose ourselves in the creative flow and allow ourselves to explore & experiment with our art supplies; we can enjoy the process so much more. I truly believe art can heal the soul as we operate both sides of our brain to practise skills but also, when we find our flow, that’s when the magic happens. Lots of art process in this video and big disclaimer I am a watercolour beginner and by no means an expert! Learning art in a new medium later in life, after 50 is fun and a whole new voyage of discovery. Thanks for keeping me company on my journey!
