Paradise Island is the last RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Career Mode scenario, only playable after reaching Tycoon on all previous scenarios. There are several objectives, such as building 2 rollercoasters with an excitement rating of 7, paying off my loan, and satisfying the whims of the VIP, Clint Bushton.
