A Livingston Parish Deputy #340 pulled somebody over at night time for tint. Which ended up passing. He immediately had an attitude when he pulled in the parking lot after I shook my head at him because he was driving aggressively with our city car. After the traffic stop was over he followed me out of retaliation and ended up not stopping me because there was no violation.
