Boeing’s Starliner to launch NASA astronauts after years of delays

Boeing’s Starliner spacecraft is set to launch Monday, carrying astronauts to the International Space Station for the first time after a series of engineering setbacks and delays on a mission that was supposed to happen back in 2020. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
