My doctor told me older women can be so hard on themselves… angry for all the things they can no longer do or swallowed up at times with regret or anger towards family members……..and I thought long and hard about this. So I wanted to show a slice of my life and share how I cope, relate, and still have so much to work on…forgiveness being the most mountain for me to climb.
