Making the Dough:
Whisk Flour, Sugar and Salt in a large bowl.
Heat milk and unsalted butter until butter melts, whisk in the yeast until disolved.
Combine with dry ingredients and add an Egg, mix to form a soft dough.
Knead the Dough and allow to rest
Preparing the Rolls:
Roll the Dough into 14x8inch Rectangle
Spread softened butter on top, mix cinnamon and sugar then sprinkle into the dough.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into 10 – 12 pieces
Place onto a creased pan.
Allow to Rise:
Cover the tray with Plastic Wrap or a damp clean Kitchen Towel
allow the rolls to rise in a warn environment for 60 – 90 minutes or until doubled in size.
Baking the Rolls:
Pre-heat oven to 375F (190C)
Warm up some heavy cream and Pour over the risen rolls covering as best as you can.
Bake the rolls for 24 – 27 minutes turning halfway through for an even bake.
Keep an eye on them as they turn from underbaked to overbaked in a matter of minutes due to the high sugar content inside the rough mixture
The Internal Temperature should be around 195 – 200F
Making the Icing:
Beat Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy, Add room temp unsalted butter and whisk to combine until it is thickened slightly.
Add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract and gradually add the Icing sugar until the consistancy of the Icing is how you like it (Thick enough too gently spread over the top without dripping off)
