4×4 Covered Wagon, Revived!
This covered wagon is built on a Jeep FC-150 chassis with a Willys /”Go Devil/” L-head engine. I built it almost two years ago, and I decided it was finally time to get around to little details like brakes.

A quick note on the brakes, in the video I talked about the different length brake shoes. I’ve had a few comments saying that I had it backward, but there are different types of drum brakes. Most people are used to the Bendix style brakes, that have a floating adjuster on the bottom. These have the larger shoe on the back, because the bottom moves with the wheel rotation. This axle has the Wagner-Lockheed style brakes where the bottom is fixed and the top can move. This style has the larger shoe on the front. I’ll detail this in the next video when I replace the leaky wheel cylinder.
