【Summary】This is the story of Laura and Nick, her husband. Both of them were going through a divorce because he cheated on her with Jade, Laura’s friend. Nick wanted Laura to move out of the house with the kids, but she refused. She told him that she paid the rent with him and had a right to the house as well. Later on, he wanted to get the debit card to their joint account because it had all his money. But she told him there was nothing in there. She cleared all the money in it because he refused to help her out in the upkeep of the house. He insults Laura and calls her a thief. Later on, Jade chats Laura up and insults her as well. She made a nasty post about her on Facebook, expecting people to hate her. But to her shock, it backfired and everyone was after her. She tried to delete the post but it already had over a hundred shares. Nick and Jade took great pleasure in mocking and taunting Laura, even to the point of using the kids as well. As the final hearing of the divorce drew closer, Jade sent an invite for the wedding to Laura, she wanted her present. However, it was held on the same day as the final hearing. On the wedding day though, Nick refused to show up. Back in court, he failed to sign an important document so the hearing was postponed, meaning he couldn’t get married to Jade after all. In a panic, he ran and failed to turn up at the wedding venue. This hurt Jade and she swore never to marry him again. He returned later, trying to beg, but she turned him down. He then went on to beg Laura but she too turned him down. When the divorce was finally over, he was made to pay alimony and child support every month while Jade was buried in debts incurred during the planning of the wedding.
